• Material Composition: Copper Foil: High-purity (99.9%+) electrodeposited or rolled copper for conductivity and flexibility.
• Adhesive: Typically silicone or acrylic-based, chosen for heat resistance (up to 200–300°C/392–572°F).
• Backing/Liner: Some tapes include a protective PET or paper liner for easy handling.
