The electronic transformer is often used by engineers as a component, widely used in a variety of electronic equipment, instruments, and meters. The performance of electronic transformers not only depends on the high-quality core but also is closely related to the manufacturing process.
Electronic transformer materials mainly include:
Skeleton, wire, magnetic core, copper foil, insulation tape, safety tape (non-woven tape), sleeve
Chemical materials: solder, insulating oil, glue, diluent, flux, ink, etc
In the related process, insulation tape is one of the important links, its main role has the following points:
Insulating tape used in transformer, not only need to have enough insulation strength and good heat performance, but also require a lower thickness, in order to reduce the volume of the transformer, make full use of the magnetic circuit provided by the magnetic core, and better viscosity also contributes to the stability of the transformer winding.
Non-woven tape is in polyester film substrate adhesion non-woven fabric, and then on the non-woven fabric coated with a layer of good performance of acrylic adhesive and composition. It generally has one layer, two layers, and three layers of thickness can be for customers to choose from.
It is mainly used for insulation packages or retaining walls in the electronic industry such as transformers, electronic coils, and motors. Generally 130℃ temperature resistance, up to 5.0KV breakdown voltage.
As one of the main winding materials, copper foil is mainly used in small and medium transformers, namely distribution transformers.
Copper foil is one of the indispensable components of an electronic transformer. It is used for shielding and grounding. Copper tape is a thin sheet of copper coated with an adhesive backing that allows it to be easily attached to a variety of surfaces.
Purity of copper foil
In the process of electric energy transmission, the winding itself has resistance loss. The resistance loss is related to the section, length, and resistivity of the copper foil used. In other words, the size of the resistivity is the main index that determines the winding load loss, and the size of the resistivity is determined by the purity of the copper foil. Therefore, the purity of copper foil should not be less than 99.95%.
The surface of the copper foil
The foil surface shall be smooth and clean, without lamination, cracking, peeling, bubbles, inclusions, spiking, crimping, and green rust. However, slight and local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, press figures, and roll prints that do not make the foil thickness exceed its allowable deviation are allowed. The copper foil should be flat, but allow light waves; The side bend of the foil is not more than 4m per meter; Foil cut straight on both sides, without spines, ribs, and crimps.
