Grounding tape

copper tape comprises of 28 grams soft copper foil backing and a unique electrically-conductive pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. This tape is 0.10mm thick, 19mm wide and 16.5m long. The copper foil is solder compatible, and oxidation resistant and does not discolour.

Grounding tape Applications

How to use: Clean the substrate and remove dust, oil and products that may interfere with the adhesive. Mark the area where the mesh is to be laid with a pencil or chalk. Remove the release film from the tape and press it onto the substrate next to the mark. Laying grounding copper foil mesh: conventional 0.05mm * 10mm * 50m specifications are appropriate, if the self-adhesive copper foil is too thin in the construction is easy to be pulled off, if the self-adhesive copper foil is too thick, you need to apply more paint to smooth the ground primer thickness differences due to the difference in the thickness of the self-adhesive copper foil and the primer brought about by the difference in the thickness of the primer.
